Hive Events
Full-Service Production, From Vision to Day-Of
What is it?
Full-service event planning and production for gatherings of any size - planned and produced by an experienced event planner and organizational expert
Who is this for?
Anyone planning a milestone event, corporate gathering, or large-scale production who wants it handled start to finish.
What’s included?
Vendor sourcing and management
Décor and catering coordination
Entertainment booking
Full logistics, including hotel blocks and venue buyouts
Day-of production - either virtually or in person (depending on package)
A Great Event Shouldn't Require a Second Full-Time Job
🍾
Planning your own event means chasing down a dozen vendors who are all slow to respond, comparing quotes without knowing what's actually reasonable, tracking contracts across email threads, and still being expected to relax and enjoy the event you spent months coordinating. None of that is really about taste or vision — it's operational load that has nothing to do with why you wanted the event in the first place.
That’s the gap Hive Events was built to close.
How We Help ⬇️
We take over the vendor sourcing, the contract coordination, the day-of logistics, and the production details behind your event — so you experience it instead of running it.
Depending on your tier, this looks like:
Vendor sourcing & management
Décor & catering coordination
Entertainment booking
Hotel blocks & venue buyouts
Day-of production & coordination
Budget tracking against your event spend
Multi-day event logistics
This isn't a vendor referral list.
Not a day-of coordinator alone.
We're talking full production 🎉

**A Note on the Names: Beekeeping runs on a season that builds toward one payoff — flowers bloom, bees work the nectar flow while it's active, and it all culminates in the harvest. We named our event tiers the same way your event actually comes together — starting with a bloom, moving through the nectar flow of planning, and culminating in the harvest of the event itself.
Why us?
Meet Alicia, our director of operations, who runs Hive Collective, part of the Clean Bee Consulting family
Alicia has spent 16+ years in event planning and hospitality — coordinating vendors, timelines, and last-minute curveballs at live events long before Hive Events existed as its own offering.
She runs point on every event personally — not a hand-off to a junior coordinator once the contract is signed.
Every event starts with a real conversation about scope and vision, not a package pulled off a shelf.
The vendor relationships this runs on are already built — this isn't a network being assembled for the first time on your event.
Nothing gets locked in without walking through the full logistics first, so surprises get caught in planning, not on the day of.
We don't just plan the event.
We build the production behind it that lets you actually enjoy your own event.
